All users, including Customers and Carpenters, are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when creating profiles, submitting quotes, and communicating with others on the platform. Misleading or fraudulent information will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared within the community, including but not limited to images, descriptions, and project details, must be owned by the user or used with proper permission. Do not share copyrighted material or use the work of others without permission.

6. No Negative or Defamatory Reviews

Customers and Carpenters should leave fair and constructive reviews. Negative or defamatory reviews intended to harm another user’s reputation are prohibited. If there are concerns with a service or interaction, resolve them directly with the other party or contact us for assistance.

7. Compliance with Legal and Safety Standards

Carpenters must comply with all applicable laws, including obtaining the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance as required by local regulations. Customers are encouraged to verify these credentials before hiring a Carpenter.

8. Responsible Use of the Platform

Users should not misuse the platform, such as by attempting to hack or damage the website, interfering with its operation, or accessing information without authorization. Any illegal activities on the platform will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

9. Reporting Violations
